Sashimi Grade Albacore Tuna Loins
$110 for a 10lb box
$15 a lb for individual pieces
I get the tuna direct from the fisherman that caught them.
Caught off the coast of Oregon, low mercury, high in omega 3 oils.
Loins can be served raw or quickly grilled, broiled or seared leaving the center raw.

I have moved my clinic to Oak Bay Village.

I will be available for walk-ins 1-4pm 3 days a week (usually Mon, Tues and Thurs).
I am available for appointments Mon-Fri 12-5pm, closing at 5:30pm.
